Elements is an ongoing class for people familiar with dance improvisation and want to go into the practice in a supportive environment. We study dance and movement improvisation and somatics. No gym membership is required to attend. Open to adults age 18 and up; all abilities with some dance experience. No registration necessary. The class fee is on a sliding scale from $5-$20, cash or check accepted. You can pay the class fee online here. See you at the Y!
