Celia Hughes, host of the Art Spark TX Radio Hour, and trained audio describer will be describing the action in the sky and its effects on the environment as the moon crosses the path of the sun. Our broadcast is designed to make this rare total solar eclipse accessible and inclusive to people who are blind and visually impaired.  We will also be reaching listeners who are unable to get outside for any reason during this event.
